FAQ & limits
Every number on this page comes from the same file our code enforces — what you read here is what you get.
Where does the lead data come from?
Public business information: Google Maps listings (name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews) plus live tests we run ourselves — Google PageSpeed on each website, a check for online-booking links, and listing-completeness signals. Business emails come from each practice's own public website. We never collect owner names, personal emails, or anything that isn't public business data.
What does the score mean?
0–100, where higher = more visible need for web/marketing help. Six signals contribute: no website (+30), broken or very slow site (+20), not mobile-friendly (+15), unclaimed/incomplete Google listing (+15), few reviews or low rating (+10), no online booking (+10). Every lead's page shows exactly which signals fired — you can verify any of them yourself in a browser.
Will I ever get the same lead twice?
No. Each search remembers every lead it has ever delivered, and every new run digs deeper into the territory instead of re-fetching the top of the list. A lead is delivered — and counted against what you pay — exactly once per search. The weekly refresh re-checks your delivered leads (so you hear when a site goes down), but that's an update, not a re-delivery.
What happens when my territory runs out of new businesses?
Territories are finite — a 25-mile radius has a fixed number of, say, dental practices. When a run starts coming up short, the search shows a "territory fully covered" notice before you spend another run, and a paid run that delivers fewer than half its promised leads refunds its credit automatically. To keep finding new leads: widen the radius, add a nearby metro, or try another vertical.
Why do some leads have no email?
Emails are gathered from each business's public website — a business with no website (often your hottest lead: that's a +30 signal) has nothing to gather from. Those leads still include phone, address, and the Google listing. We also exclude personal mailboxes (Gmail, Yahoo, and similar) even when a site lists one — business addresses only. That's also why the email tiers deliver fewer leads: we enrich only the top-scored ones, after scoring.

When do I get a refund?
Automatically, in two cases: a run that fails never consumes your credit, and a paid run that delivers fewer than half its tier's promised leads (because the territory is nearly mined out) refunds the credit on the spot. Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support.
Are there daily caps?
Yes, as abuse guards rather than the real meter: trial accounts can run 2/day, paid accounts 10/day. The meters that matter are the ones above — leads delivered, never runs.
Is this legal / compliant to use for outreach?
The data is public business information intended for B2B outreach — the same information anyone sees on Google Maps and the business's own website. We deliberately exclude personal data (owner names, personal emails). Your outreach still has to comply with the laws that apply to you (e.g. CAN-SPAM for cold email in the US: accurate sender info, an unsubscribe option, no deceptive subject lines).
How do I cancel?
Billing → Manage billing opens the Stripe portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your delivered leads and CSVs remain yours.
