Terms of Service
Effective July 26, 2026
1. The service
Prospect Radar (a Sferaa product) compiles and scores public business information — Google Maps listing data, live website tests, and business contact details published on the businesses' own websites — into ranked prospect lists for B2B outreach by marketing agencies and freelancers.
2. What you're buying
Plans and one-time purchases deliver new leads — a lead is delivered to a given search once and never charged twice. Exact lead counts, allowances, caps, and automatic-refund rules for every tier are published on the FAQ & limits page, which forms part of these terms. Territories are finite; where inventory runs low the service says so before you spend, and short paid runs refund automatically per the FAQ.
3. Acceptable use
The data is provided for lawful B2B outreach. You are responsible for your outreach complying with applicable law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any rules that apply in your jurisdiction). No reselling or redistributing the data as a dataset; no scraping the service.
4. Billing & cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime from Billing → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed or short runs refund credits automatically as described in the FAQ; other refund requests go through support.
5. Data accuracy
Scores and signals reflect automated tests at the time they ran. Public listings change; we make no guarantee that any individual data point is current or complete, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
6. Eligibility & governing law
The service is for business use by users 18 or older. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
